Do you mean watch Japanese TV as it were live in Japan or just watch Japanese shows? There is a program called Keyhole TV where you can watch streaming Japanese TV, however the video and audio quality is quite low (like think 240p potato on YouTube). If you want to watch drama/warai/variety shows like a few hours after they air in high quality, there are quite a few websites that host them (mainly Japanese sites that link to Chinese sites). I can send you some if you know specifically what program, but most sites can be found in the first few google results of searching for Show name in kanji 動画 まとめ.
Find quickly and easily live TV channels on the Internet. Watch TV Broadcasts from USA, India, Europe & all other countries on your PC / MAC, Phone, or Tablet.
I don't know much about live broadcasts. Someone already mentioned Keyhole TV, but I have never been happy with that.
I have seen some ustreams and similar, but haven't looked much closer. I personally prefer to not be tied to a live schedule anyway. Also, if you're in the US and used to watch those channels then their schedule is likely offset from the Japanese schedule. If you find streams of live Japanese TV it's likely to be from Japan, so it could be hard to catch the shows you want to watch. There are resources to find dramas, entertainment shows and anime online, but some content are harder to find that other, or simply not available.I created to gather resources to watch Japanese TV, and I invite anyone who likes Japanese TV to join us. This is of course not live, and it's mostly focused on non-scripted content. There's also for dramas.Someone also mentioned Dailymotion, I read about one person who setup a roku box or similar, and then used the Dailymotion app to get Japanese TV content - I don't know how well this worked though.
